100% Uptime Guarantee If your virtual server is unreachable by ping from two or more locations for more than fifteen minutes, Sysweb will credit an amount equal to one week's hosting to your next bill. The fifteen minute window will allow for server rebooting, a part of normal server maintenance. We can offer this unique guarantee because by using BGP4 multi-homing redundancy we can quickly switch to one of three major backbone providers in the event of a network failure. Our network is monitored 24 hours a day by third party on-site engineers. To make a claim against this guarantee, you must provide documentation in writing or by email, and the network failure must be verified by us using system logs. The outage must be for a duration of more than fifteen minutes. If such a verified outage occurs, an amount equal to one week's hosting fee will be credited to your account. No more than two outages per month will be credited. The final decision will rest with Sysweb. top
Network and Server Monitoring As well as the standard automatic monitoring of the network lines and internet connections, we also employ an independent third party organisation to constantly monitor our system. This means that 24 hours a day, our network, HTML streams and Script operations for each of our servers is automatically tested. In the event that an error is detected, at least two of our support staff are immediately notified by pager, allowing us to quickly and efficiently rectify problems in the vast majority of cases before any else even notices! top
Bandwidth Allowances Some plans include an allowance for bandwidth (data transfer). Virtual Server: Economy Plan - 1000 Mb per month (1Gb). Virtual Server: Basic Plan - 2000 Mb per month (2Gb). Virtual Server: Business Plan - Unlimited. Virtual Server: Dedicated / Reseller Plan - Unlimited. Our experience shows that unless you have an incredibly busy site containing very large graphics, you are unlikely to reach these limits. However, extra bandwidth allocations are available in 1000 Mb per month packets. top
